Who is Pam?

The joyful face you see here - that's me!  I am Pam Foster.  I am unconditional love.  I am compassion.  I am the voice of hope.

I'm also a mother, trauma recovery coach and end of life celebrant.

They say that nothing worth doing is easy. Like every one of us, I’ve had my bumps in the road. But if you ask me, I’ll always tell you that I wouldn’t change a thing. Why? Because throughout my journey I’ve honed my skills and created a unique medicine for this world. So today, you can benefit from my years of experience.

My Story

I have experienced great loss and trauma in my life.

In my childhood years, pain and suffering was no stranger.  When my father lost his battle with Multiple Sclerosis, it triggered abandonment issues that would eventually show up in my adult years.  I experienced sexual violence on a number of occasions that created a toxic cycle of self-blame, substance abuse and sexual dysfunction.

In the autumn of 2016, I experienced a miscarriage at 10 weeks whilst I was travelling overseas. I had to carry my child's lifeless body in my womb for a week.  In the winter of 2017, I experienced another loss that would completely change the course of my life - my beautiful daughter was stillborn.  Giving birth to Hope and not taking her home was the most devastating experience of my life.

As you can see, I have been walking a journey of grief and pain for almost 30 years.  Yet amidst the suffering, something remarkable happened, I experienced hope and healed my broken heart. My desire is that Womb Whispers nurtures women on their healing journey.  It is a sacred place for YOU to heal from trauma, honour your journey and find hope for your future.

Why Womb Whispers?

The name is symbolic for the murmur of feminine creation.

Having a womb is one of the fundamental things that makes you a woman - the powerful space within us, where life is conceived, grown and birthed.  This sacred spiritual centre is a source of intuition, emotional wellbeing, and physical vitality that carries immense power and wisdom.

For many of us, it's a very wounded or forgotten place that we don't habitually connect with.  When we're healing from sacral trauma, it can be the space we try to avoid the most.
